Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to support our internal external marketing and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing newsletters, presentations, corporate brochures, and CMS-based websites and interactive applications. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver clear, visually compelling, and user-centric design solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Design and develop corporate communicate assets like presentations and catalogues and fact sheets which are web and print optimized.
  
• Develop newsletter and marketing emailer designs for internal and external communications.
  
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and present design walkthroughs.
  
• Design and maintain user-friendly CMS-based websites.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal design and communication materials.
  
• Participate in review meetings, gather feedback, and iterate effectively to meet expectations.
  
  

Requirements:

• 24 years of experience in UX or digital design roles.
  
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work on newsletters, presentations, brochures, and CMS websites.
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related applications.
  
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and modern design practices.
  
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  
• Must be based in Mumbai and available to work from office thrice a week.
  
  

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
  
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for design implementation.
  
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability testing.
