Job Description

Job Title: Senior Product Designer (UX & UI)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4+ Years (Individual Contributor)

About YOTTA:

YOTTA is building the future of AI-powered enterprise tools, from no-code AI platforms and agent orchestration solutions to secure, scalable LLM systems. Our mission is to simplify and elevate how users interact with complex AI workflow, making that power accessible, trustworthy, and intuitive.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of purposeful UX and high-polish UI. This is a highly hands-on role with complete ownership over specific product areas ideal for someone who values craft, systems thinking, and autonomy, without the baggage of people management.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and our AI teams to transform abstract AI logic and enterprise user needs into thoughtful, modern, usable interfaces. You'll be empowered to lead projects from initial discovery to delivery, with guidance from a design lead and collaboration with experienced peer designers.

If you're not already from an AI or ML background but have a passion for learning and a track record of mastering new domains quickly, we strongly encourage you to apply. We value designers who are excited to dive into advanced topics, adapt fast, and grow their craft in an ever-evolving space

What You'll Own:

  • End-to-End Product Design From problem framing and research through wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI, testing, and handoff.
  • Complex AI Interactions Made Simple Design intuitive workflows, dashboards, and systems for sophisticated platforms (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, model workflows, no-code builders).
  • Design System Thinking Evolve and maintain Figma-based components and design libraries across light/dark, multilingual, and platform-consistent experiences.
  • Inclusive, Scalable UI Prioritize accessibility (WCAG 2.2+), performance, and responsive interfaces across browser, screen sizes, and devices.
  • Rapid Iteration & Optimization Use analytics (heatmaps, recordings, funnel drops) and user interviews to improve interaction patterns, copy, layouts, or functionality.

What You Bring

Experience:

5+ years designing scalable digital products (preferably SaaS, developer tools, enterprise AI, or data interfaces).

Portfolio:

Real case studies showing your thought process, not just polished screens: include UX insights, explorations, and systematic UI.

UX Mastery

Deep familiarity with journey mapping, task flows, heuristic evaluation, prototyping, and information architecture.

UI Craft

Strong sense of clarity, hierarchy, type, spacing, visual storytelling. You can own the final detail at a component level.

Design Tools

Expert in Figma (components, variables, auto-layout, system logic). Bonus if familiar with prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie).

Systems Mindset

You've worked with design tokens, system documentation, and know how to prioritize global design consistency.

Delivery Partners

Excellent communicator who works comfortably with PMs, engineers, and QA to ensure the design translates well in production.

Autonomy

You don't need step-by-step guidance but know when to ask for feedback or input. You're structured, organized, and proactive.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience designing for AI/ML platforms, data visualization tools, enterprise SaaS, or no-code/low-code products.
  • Familiarity with builder-type tools like CMSs, flow editors, or agent orchestration systems.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Skills in motion or micro-interaction design (Lottie, Framer, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and handoff tools like Zeplin or Storybook.
  • Experience creating or evolving design systems (including white label).
  • Exposure to internationalization, compliance (e.g., SOC2/GDPR), and large, multi-tenant SaaS.
  • Experience working in agile teams, rapid prototyping, or A/B testing.

To Apply

Please share your resume and portfolio, we'd love to see how you think, not just the final visuals. Process-driven, real-world case studies are strongly preferred.
