Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, and will thrive in a collaborative environment working closely with product managers and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to uncover customer needs, pain points, and behaviours.
- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Plan and execute usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Present design concepts and findings effectively to stakeholders.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of hands-on UX design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in user research and usability testing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes (research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
