This candidate will have a strong ability to take client ideas and create an attractive product based on their needs. This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions. The candidate should also have an ability to follow budget constraints and demonstrate some pieces of previous works through a portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff.
- Design intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences for web and enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into clear UX flows, user journeys, and interaction models.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve product experiences.
- Create high-quality UI designs, interactive prototypes, and visual assets using industry standard design tools and AI-enabled design tools.
- Define, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Work closely with product managers to shape product vision and roadmap from a design perspective.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions.Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, providing regular design feedback and career guidance.
- Review junior designers work and help raise overall design standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design & Motion Graphics
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving capabilities.
- Expertise in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience working closely with developers and product teams in agile environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing enterprise, B2B, or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior designers.
