Job Description

We are seeking a talented and user-focused UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and efficient digital experiences across our software and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creativity to design seamless user journeys and optimize overall product functionality.

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing usability and ensuring that our products are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with customer needs. Your work will play a key role in improving user satisfaction, driving engagement, and supporting customer retention.

What You'll Do

  • Understand product specifications and user psychology
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
  • Facilitate the stakeholder's product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (example: usability, findability)
  • Design & deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys & mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Make strategic design & user experience decisions related to core & new functions and features
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Your Qualifications

Technical

  • 3-5 years of UX design experience.
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills preferred
  • Experience working with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  • Experience working in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Passionate about resolving user pain points
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or related subject
  • Relevant certifications
