We are seeking a Design Delivery & UX analyst to join our team and lead the efforts in understanding customer journeys, developing Horizontal UX & AI for UI strategies, and conceptualizing products with wireframes. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing the delivery of customer experience initiatives in collaboration with various internal units including Design, UX Research, UX Content, and UX QA. Experience in a B2C environment is highly preferred.
