Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end UX design process — research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to create user-centric design solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to guide design improvements.
Develop personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Ensure design consistency across digital touchpoints and maintain the design system.
Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Translate user insights into actionable design recommendations.
