UX Designer

About the Role:

iVoyant is looking for a UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for enterprise and B2B applications. The ideal candidate should have strong UX and visual design skills, good product thinking, and the ability to work closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand user needs, business requirements, and product goals to create effective UX solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design web applications, dashboards, portals, and enterprise/B2B products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation when required.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Clearly present and explain design decisions and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, consistent, and easy to use.
• Use user behavior and product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and modern UX/UI design tools.
• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and consistency.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and other AI-assisted design tools to support design exploration, research, ideation, and improve design workflows.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries, preferably Ant Design (AntD).
• Strong understanding of user flows, wireframes, prototyping, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Ability to understand a problem and create solutions that improve usability, task efficiency, and overall user experience.
• Experience designing responsive web applications, dashboards, portals, and B2B/enterprise products.
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, error prevention, and responsive design.
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions and the reasoning behind them.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback into designs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design assignments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the design process, problem-solving approach, and final UI/UX outcomes.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Hotjar, Amplitude, or similar product analytics/user behavior tools.
• Experience with usability testing and product metrics/KPIs.
• Experience working on AI, data, cloud, SaaS, or other enterprise technology products.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
