About the Role: UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of solid experience, someone who's been in the game long enough to know what matters and curious enough to keep evolving. You should have worked on at least 5 live website projects where you've seen your designs come to life in real-world launches.

You'll work on real-world digital problems; websites, web apps, dashboards, and more, collaborating closely with devs, writers, strategists, and founders. Most of our tribe are specialists in one craft — but nearly everyone here wears multiple hats. We encourage that. In fact, we expect it.

This isn't a place for routine work. You'll be part of early discovery, messy whiteboards, healthy debates, and tight deadlines. It's demanding. But it's also deeply rewarding.

• A strong, thoughtful portfolio — We don't judge by buzzwords in your resume or how polished your English sounds in interviews. We go straight into your work and expect you to do the same with ours.
• Expect a couple of detailed conversations with our senior team. We take hiring seriously.
• Resumes without portfolios won't be considered. Your work needs to speak.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing intuitive and powerful digital interfaces (mostly websites)
• Translating abstract requirements into user flows, wireframes, and UI designs
• Collaborating with developers and strategists to shape personalised user journeys
• Balancing brand personality with usability
• Creating systems, not just screens
• Exploring ideas deeply, questioning assumptions, and thinking long-term
• Leading projects end-to-end and guiding designers or team members through the process

What You'll Need

• At least 3-5 years of UI/UX experience
• Hands-on contribution to a minimum of 5+ live website projects (launched, not just concepts)
• A sharp eye for aesthetics, balance, and logic
• Tools: Figma (a must), Adobe CC, Sketch, or any design tool you love
• Understanding of responsive design, UX principles, accessibility, and user journeys
• Curiosity, empathy, and clarity in communication
• Proven experience in leading projects and guiding design teams
• A great portfolio that shows more than just visual polish — we want to see thought process, structure, and intent
