Overview

We are seeking a talented and detailoriented User Experience (UX) Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our product design team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of usercentered design principles, excels in translating business requirements into intuitive interfaces, and is proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to design seamless digital experiences that delight users and drive business outcomes.

Your role

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitor analysis.
  • Translate research insights into experience maps, personas, and journey maps.
  • Understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints to shape design strategy.

  • Create wireframes, low/highfidelity prototypes, user flows, and interaction models.
  • Develop pixelperfect UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility guidelines.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams (Product Managers, Developers, QA, Marketing).
  • Present design concepts, rationales, and prototypes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate through agile processes, participate in grooming, sprints, and design reviews.

  • Deliver productionready design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects optional).
  • Ensure designs meet usability standards and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
  • Support developers during implementation and perform design QA.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 5+ years of handson UX/UI design experience in digital products (web & mobile).
  • Expertlevel proficiency in Figma proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of usercentered design, design thinking, and UX research methods.
  • Ability to create visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive interfaces.
  • Experience with prototyping, user testing, and iterative design.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and modern UI patterns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing realworld UX projects, processes, and outcomes.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with motion design or microinteraction tools (Lottie, After Effects).
  • Experience designing enterprise or SaaS products.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and passion for creating userfriendly experiences.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
