Founded by former traders and engineers from Tower Research, Goldman Sachs, and Microsoft, we're rethinking how markets are analyzed and traded.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UX Design Lead. You will lead the end-to-end user experience design process, including user research, prototyping, and visual design. You'll collaborate closely with the founding team to simplify complex workflows into clean, intuitive, AI-native interfaces. Your work will directly shape how modern traders interact with market data and automation tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Design Thinking and User Experience Design

Strong skills in Visual Design and interactive Prototyping

Proficiency in conducting and applying insights from User Research

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or AI tools is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
