Job Title: Senior UX Architect (UX/UI)

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX Architect to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences. This role requires a strong blend of UX strategy, UI design expertise, and technical understanding to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX architecture and design for web and mobile applications
- Define UX strategy, design systems, and scalable UI frameworks
- Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency in design standards, usability, and accessibility
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements
- Drive design thinking workshops and mentor UX/UI designers
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in UX/UI design and architecture
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, UI design, and complex problem-solving
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and usability principles
- Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards
- Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience leading UX teams or mentoring designers
- Certification in UX/UI or Human-Centered Design is a plus
