Our Manufacturing, logistics, Energy and utilities group is looking for a
Consulting Manager/Senior Consultant/Consultant to join our journey. We're looking for someone who is strong IT consultant in the
power utility (Utilities- Water/ Electricity) domain.

Consulting Manager/Senior Consultant/Consultant this means being involved in client-facing engagement, managing escalations, and serving as a the owner of a workstream; maintaining expertise in your domain; meaningfully contributing to the sales process through a mix of RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and flawless delivery; creating service offerings and/or client partner training materials; and contributing to People Care initiatives, recruiting, and mentoring. Responsibilities
- Work with utility clients to establish a clear connection between business goals/strategies to capability development, and implementation to achieving desired business value.
- Understand and analyze project requirements and acceptance criteria
- Design, write, and execute manual test cases for cloud migration testing
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and raise any concerns
- Perform various levels of testing including UI, functional, etc.
- Log and track bugs; verify fixes to ensure proper resolution
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to testing during development cycles
- Support release activities and help with test summary reports or documentation
- Share ideas to improve testing efficiency or suggest areas where automation could be introduced in the future
- Work with cross-functional teams with different time zones
- Active participation in daily meetings with the functional and development team, as well as frequent meetings with stakeholders and key users
- Create and maintain long-term working relationships with technology teams, functional counterparts, vendors, and business partners.
Qualifications
- The track record and experience to achieve the above, which includes ideally 4 to 8 years of experience in the Utilities (Electric or water) domain, where at least 2 of those (though ideally 4+) have been functional testing/functional test lead experience
- Has worked as an IT Test Analyst, Functional Test Analyst, IT Business Analyst/Tester in the Utilities domain
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and a basic understanding of story points, user stories, and sprint ceremonies.
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports.
- Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, Xray, or TestLink is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Have a proven track record of delivering successful utility testing/consulting projects.
- Display a good understanding of the Energy/ Utility sector
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Developers, DevOps, QA) to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues.
- Good to have familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and understanding of scalability and capacity planning concepts.
- Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.

- Ability to travel if needed for business requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience, with additional certifications preferred, but not mandatory
