Position Summary
Level : Senior Solution Advisor
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do:
- Architect and design CyberArk PAM solutions, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and advanced modules such as PTA, EPM, Remote Access Credential Providers, Conjur, Secrets Hub and integration with enterprise security tools.
- Plan and execute the CyberArk installations, configurations, migrations, upgrades, disaster recovery planning and executions for CyberArk PAM solutions including CyberArk Core PAS components and advanced modules.
- Architect, design, and implement advanced CyberArk Identity/Privileged Cloud solutions such as SIA, SCA, WPM, SWS.
- Lead client requirements workshops, design sessions and document design and implementation plan for CyberArk PAM solutions and applications onboarding activities.
- Lead complex issue resolution for escalations from L1/L2, including deep log analysis, platform debugging and root case analysis.
- Lead PAM vendor assessments, develop and review recommendations on capabilities for client
- Lead client environment evaluations for privileged access risk assessment, identify gaps/observations, develop recommendations and plan for remediations
- Customize and develop CPM/PSM plugin and connectors and platforms for unsupported systems.
- Provide technical leadership on breakglass procedures, disaster recovery/business continuity processes, recommended and industry security best practices for privileged access and enhancements as applicable
- Implement and optimize API-based automation for onboarding, reporting and operations tasks.
- Integrate CyberArk with IGA, SIEM and MFA ticketing systems and other security platforms.
- Define and enforce security policies, password complexity rules and compliance configuration in line with industry standards.
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning of the CyberArk environment
- Provide technical leadership in PAM strategy, roadmap planning and adoption of new CyberArk features.
- Train end user administrators on procedures to access PAM tool.
- Document known issues, administrator guide, SOPs for patching, upgrade activities

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Candidates should have overall 7-9 years of experience implementing PAM projects (CyberArk).
- Experience in CyberArk Privileged Cloud, Self-hosted PAM and CyberArk Identity.
- Experience with application onboarding, designing and implementation.
- Experience with Core PAS components Vault, PVWA, PSM, CPM and advanced modules such as Remote Access, PTA, EPM, Credential Providers, Conjur, Secrets Hub.
- Onboard domain, window, Linux, cloud, database administrator target systems to CyberArk
- Onboard and manage application service accounts and other privileged accounts that may impact applications when credentials are rotated via Credential Providers, Conjur, Secrets Hub
- Maintain the underlying infrastructure high-availability, disaster recovery, network management & patching and upgrading the underlying infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot third party-integrations such as Active Directory, SIEM, SMTP.
- Understanding of CyberArk Rest APIs capabilities, working knowledge of Rest APIs
- Understanding of CyberArk PCloud components along with architecture and knowledge of CyberArk PCloud environment setup
- Understanding of CyberArk identity components with knowledge of environment setup of advanced modules such as WPM, SIA, SCA, SWS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience with various IT / Security technologies- Including Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Firewalls, VPN Gateways, IPS, Proxy, PKI, PAM
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- PAM technology certifications (Defender, Sentry, CDE PAM, CDE CPC, CDE EPM)
- CISSP, PMP and exposure to other security domains
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
