Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Retention Marketing Executive based in New Delhi. The professional will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies, conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior, and implementing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of plans that contribute to business growth and client satisfaction. The candidate will also monitor and report on key performance metrics and recommend improvements for better user retention outcomes.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of user lifecycle, retention strategies, and engagement funnels

* Experience in push notifications, email marketing, in-app messaging, and segmentation

* Ability to analyze user data, behaviour patterns, and campaign performance

* Hands-on knowledge of CRM and retention tools (MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, etc.)

* Ability to craft communication that resonates with user needs and drives action

* Capability to work closely with product and marketing teams for consistent user experience

* Open to quick feedback loops and timely execution
