User Interface Designer

We design products, brands, and marketing for teams that move fast. Now we need someone to help us do more of it.

The role: You'll work on real product design. Mobile apps. Web apps. SaaS dashboards. Not mockup exercises. Not spec work. Actual products that ship to actual users.

You'll be on-site, full-time, working directly with the founders. No layers. No politics. Just design work and fast feedback loops.

What you'll do:

• Design UI for mobile and web products in Figma
• Build and maintain component libraries and design systems
• Turn rough ideas into clean, functional screens
• Work closely with developers to make sure what ships looks like what you designed
• Move fast. Ship often. Iterate based on real feedback.

What we're looking for:

• 1 to 3 years of design experience
• Strong Figma skills (this is non-negotiable)
• A portfolio that shows you can think through a problem, not just make things pretty
• You understand spacing, hierarchy, and typography
• You can take feedback without taking it personally
• Bonus: you've worked on a SaaS product or mobile app before
