User Interface Designer

Company Description PhysioPlus is building a trusted, efficient physiotherapy ecosystem in India for both practitioners and patients. The platform offers an affordable, comprehensive clinic management suite, instant patient–physio connectivity, and structured Continuous Medical Education (CME) for physiotherapists. PhysioPlus supports clinic setup, mentorship, and supervised training pathways for BPT interns in collaboration with senior physios and hospitals. Through hospital partnerships and international licensure pathways, the company enables physiotherapists to expand their practice locally and globally, creating new professional opportunities.

Role Description The User Interface Designer will design intuitive, visually cohesive interfaces for PhysioPlus web and mobile experiences, ensuring that practitioners and patients can navigate the platform with ease. This contract, remote role involves creating UI layouts, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems, while collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers. Day-to-day tasks include translating product requirements into user-centered interface designs, preparing design specifications, and refining visuals based on feedback, usability findings, and brand guidelines. The designer will also participate in iterative design reviews, optimize interfaces for accessibility and responsiveness, and support front-end teams with assets and design documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in User Interface Design and Visual Design to create clear, consistent, and engaging digital experiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in User Experience (UX) to collaborate on user flows, interaction patterns, and usability improvements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mockups to produce wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and design prototypes for stakeholder review.
• Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development sufficient to understand implementation constraints and collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to design for responsive web and mobile interfaces, with attention to accessibility and performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, telemedicine, or SaaS products is beneficial; a degree or formal training in design, HCI, or a related field is an advantage.
