Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design with an innovative approach to deliver ideas and design outcomes that differentiate our product in the market.
- Translate feedback and data into outstanding user experiences.
- Create key designs such as concept prototypes, components, information architecture, workflows and design specifications.
- Accountability of outcomes, achieving tasks and deliverables using agile methodologies.
- Drive alignment by collaborating with developers, marketers, product managers and other stakeholders to drive a shared understanding of customer's needs and behaviours.
- Make data-driven decisions -from one source of truth- with a bias for understanding and action.
- Present design work backed by proofs in terms of data and persona's understanding.
- Understand business problems across our customer set in order to have context for deliverables.
- Should be a team player and also work independently without need of constant monitoring.
- Contribute to a positive critique and feedback culture, delivering feedback with honesty and kindness and receiving feedback with openness and a growth mindset.
- Foster a team culture of diversity and transparent collaboration.
Qualification and Skills:
- Experience (2+ years) solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mockups and prototypes (low- and high- fidelity), as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI.
- Experience with creating user scenarios for usability testing, analysis of industry trends, task analysis, workflow design, layout & composition and reporting conclusions in well-developed documents.
- Expertise with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
- Good observation and questioning skills.
- Comfortable working with a team-based environment as well as remote.
- Portfolios can be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wire-framing, interaction design and design best practices.
