About The Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer based in Lucknow. The UI/UX Designer will be instrumental in conceptualizing and creating user-centered designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will utilize research, sketching, mockups, and prototypes to develop compelling visual and interactive elements. Collaboration is at the core of this role, requiring effective communication with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and marketing professionals to ensure the delivery of intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces. Additionally, the designer will conduct user experience research to identify pain points and opportunities for usability improvements, ensuring that all designs align with the overall business objectives and user needs. The role also involves integrating front-end development capabilities, enabling smooth translation of designs into functional products. Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating mockups, prototypes, and user experience designs (UED)
- Strong expertise in visual design and designing user-centric interfaces
- Understanding of front-end development to bridge the gap between design and technology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and a strong portfolio demonstrating proven design expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience with relevant design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop user-centered designs for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility
- Translate business requirements into engaging and functional user interfaces
- Maintain and update design documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across projects
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality
- Assist in front-end development tasks to ensure accurate implementation of designs when necessary
