About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our in-house team at Cojective, based in Chandra Layout, Bangalore. If you live and breathe Figma, have a passion for designing seamless digital experiences, and want to work on impactful projects across branding, websites, apps, and platforms we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Translate concepts and ideas into intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final visual designs using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring designs to life.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
- Maintain consistent design systems, UI kits, and visual language across projects.
- Contribute fresh ideas to elevate product aesthetics, accessibility, and usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
- Proficient in Figma (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work from our Bangalore (Chandra Layout) office (this is an in-house role).
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Exposure to AI tools for design (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, or similar).
- Experience with responsive design and designing for mobile-first products.
