Designation: Product Designer / UI Designer

The Role
We're looking for a Product Designer / UI Designer who genuinely cares about how things look and feel — not just how they work. You'll own the visual and interaction design of our platform, help define and evolve our design language, and set the bar for UI quality across every screen we ship.
This is not a wireframes-and-handoff role. We want someone who sweats the details — spacing, hierarchy, motion, color — and brings a strong point of view to every screen they touch.
What You'll Do
- Design high-quality UI screens and flows across the client's platform.
- Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library
- Translate product requirements into intuitive, visually refined experiences
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship pixel-perfect work
- Bring a design language that feels modern, premium, and coherent
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio that makes us stop scrolling — visually strong, not just functional
- Solid grasp of design systems, Figma components, and auto-layout
- Ability to balance aesthetics with usability — beautiful and logical
- Experience designing SaaS or B2B products is a plus
- Someone who has opinions about design and can defend them
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HR tech, engagement, or enterprise SaaS
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (how designs actually get built)
- Motion or micro-interaction sensibility
