You'll lead the charge in building dynamic, customizable, and globally ready interfaces that

empower some of the world's most security-conscious enterprises.

by global organizations.

What You'll Own

Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of our React/TypeScript UI stack

Build reusable component libraries with design tokens and theming

Optimize performance (bundle sizes, lazy loading, caching, runtime UX)

Implement support for i18n, multi-tenancy, and runtime UI customization

Work API-first with strong separation of concerns and contract-based development

Secure the frontend: token storage, XSS prevention, session handling

Define standards and CI/CD pipelines for testing, linting, and deployments

Collaborate with design via Figma and support design-to-code workflows

Drive innovation in UI generation (low-code, NL-to-code)

Work directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate

Lead and Mentor the UI team and influence over hiring and technical direction

What You Bring

10+ years in frontend engineering with at least one ground-up SaaS build

Deep expertise in React and scalable UI architecture

Experience building enterprise platforms with global user bases

Strong design collaboration and UI performance optimization skills

Proven ability to lead teams, mentor others, and drive technical vision

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with low-code or config-driven UI platforms

Familiarity with NL-to-code workflows or AI-assisted development

Contributions to open-source UI libraries or design systems
