Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a User Experience (UX) Researcher, based in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work. As a UX Researcher, you will conduct user research to gather insights about user behaviors, expectations, and needs. Daily tasks include designing and executing research studies, analyzing user feedback, and applying design thinking methods to inform product development. Your work will directly support the company's mission to deliver a superior financial advisory and platform experience for our users.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in User Research and UX Research methodologies
  • Proficiency in Human-Computer Interaction and Design Thinking principles
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Ability to engage with users, gather qualitative and quantitative data, and synthesize findings effectively
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and present research findings
  • Familiarity with financial technology or experience in a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field
