As a User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of prototype development and delivering software engineering solutions that enhance the overall user experience. This role requires balancing the creative aspects of design with practical technical considerations to ensure that concepts are transformed into functional and effective prototypes. The position demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to iterate rapidly and refine solutions that meet user needs while aligning with project goals and constraints.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of prototypes into final products.
• Continuously evaluate and improve prototype usability based on user feedback and testing results.
• Document prototype development processes and share knowledge with team members to foster collective growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Strong skills in wireframing and interactive prototyping tools to create user-centric designs.
• Ability to analyze user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions and improve usability.
• Experience in collaborating with software engineering teams to align design intent with technical feasibility.
• Knowledge of user interface design principles and best practices to enhance product accessibility and engagement.
