Job Description

Job Title: D2C UI/UX Designer (Performance & Conversion Focused)

Role Overview

We are hiring a D2C UI/UX Designer who understands one thing clearly: Design exists to drive conversions not just look good.

This role is for someone who has hands-on experience designing high-converting landing pages, product pages, and funnels for D2C brands and understands conversion psychology, user behavior, and performance marketing needs.

You will work closely with growth, performance marketing, and product teams to design conversion-focused experiences across website and funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

Conversion-Focused UI/UX Design (Core Responsibility)

Design high-converting experiences for:

Product Pages (PDP)

Landing Pages

Category Pages

Funnel Pages

Offer Pages

Checkout Experience

Upsell / Cross-sell flows

Focus on:

Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Clear information hierarchy

Trust-building design

Mobile-first experience

Fast loading & performance-friendly layouts

Landing Page & Funnel Design

Design performance-driven landing pages for:

Paid Ads (Meta, Google, YouTube)

Offer-based campaigns

Product launches

Funnel-based campaigns

Work closely with:

Performance marketers

Copywriters

Media buyers

To create conversion-focused landing experiences

Product Page Optimization

Improve product page performance by:

Improving hero section

Optimizing trust signals

Improving CTA placement

Structuring benefits clearly

Improving mobile experience

Reducing friction

CRO & Experimentation

Design multiple variations for A/B testing

Improve conversion rate through iterations

Optimize based on performance data:

Conversion rate

Bounce rate

Scroll depth

Add to cart rate

Work closely with growth team to improve performance.

Mobile-First Design

Ensure:

Mobile optimized layouts

Faster decision making

Sticky CTA usage

Thumb-friendly UX

Since majority of traffic is mobile.

Skills & Capabilities

Strong UI/UX fundamentals

Strong understanding of conversion-focused design

Experience designing for D2C brands

Strong understanding of user psychology

Mobile-first design expertise

Ability to design fast and iterate quickly

Tools & Software

Must be comfortable with:

Figma (Mandatory)

Adobe Suite (Optional)

Shopify UI understanding (Preferred)

Landing page builders (Optional)

A/B Testing Tools
