The Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UX Designer to help us create user-centered digital products that are intuitive, engaging, and impactful. You will play a key role in designing the next generation of digital banking experiences, ensuring our solutions not only meet the needs of our clients but also provide a dramastically better experience for their end-users.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
• Design and conduct usability testing to validate designs and gather feedback.
• Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UX and Fintech.

Skills:

• Experience in UX design, preferably within the SaaS, Fintech, or B2B space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of the following technologies and software: HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for creating clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
