This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer located in Dehradun. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences for our products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, developing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless visual design.

• Design Thinking and User Research skills
• User Experience (UX) and Prototyping skills
• Visual Design skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with UX design tools and software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Relevant experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
