User Experience Designer

This is a full-time remote role for a User Experience (UX) Designer. The UX Designer will be responsible for developing and executing design strategies, conducting user research to understand user needs, and translating findings into intuitive design solutions. Daily tasks include creating prototypes, designing visual interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user-focused products. The designer will play a critical role in delivering exceptional user experiences aligned with the company's objectives.

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies to approach problems and develop user-centered solutions
• Solid experience in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping to create functional and interactive product mockups
• Strong skills in Visual Design, ensuring appealing and accessible interfaces
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional and global teams
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant design solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
