Job Description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a UX / Product Designer to design intuitive and consistent user experiences for large-scale web and mobile banking applications. The role involves close collaboration with business, product, and engineering teams, and ownership of design systems used across the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile banking applications
• Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into user-friendly designs
• Build, maintain, and scale a bank-wide Design System
• Ensure UX consistency across multiple applications and teams
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Compliance teams
• Conduct usability testing, UX reviews, and drive design sign-offs
• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and UX documentation

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 37 years of experience in UX or Product Design
• Strong experience designing enterprise or BFSI applications
• Hands-on experience creating and managing Design Systems
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and UX documentation
• Good understanding of accessibility and usability standards
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks and design-to-code workflows
• Experience with HRMS applications is a plus
