User Experience Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences in the fintech space. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design seamless and impactful financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly solutions
• Improve existing product experiences by identifying usability issues and proposing enhancements
• Ensure consistency through design systems and UX best practices
• Work on complex workflows such as payments, onboarding, KYC, dashboards, and transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics
• Experience with interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience designing for financial products (payments, lending, investments, wallets, etc.)
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy flows (KYC, AML, onboarding)
• Understanding of accessibility standards and mobile-first design
• Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML/CSS)
