Summary:
We&rsquore looking for a designer who can execute projects independently by connecting the dots between user insights, design patterns, and business goals. You will partner and collaborate closely with Design, user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, and data science.
Responsibilities:
- Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements.
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of the user-centered design process.
- Work with UI developers and engineers to deliver final products.
Requirements:
- MDes/BDes or equivalent degree or experience in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Overall experience: 4 years of experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web or software applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Skilled in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Experience delivering end-to-end design solutions with a high degree of craft and quality.
- Ability to work with Research, Design leadership, Product Management, AI, data science, and engineering teams.
- Excellent ability in visual communication and storytelling.
- Embraces ambiguity and can transform it into effective, actionable plans.
- Ability to break problems into granular pieces, track and maintain delivery timelines.
