Role Description

The User Experience Designer will focus on creating intuitive designs that enhance the customer journey and align with HAIR RAP BY YOYO's vision of delivering exceptional experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user research, designing seamless user interfaces, creating prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions for digital and in-salon experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to understand and address user needs effectively.
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) principles and Prototyping to create user-centered designs and functional prototypes.
• Strong Visual Design skills, with the ability to craft aesthetically appealing and functional interfaces.
• Highly collaborative and capable of working in cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in salon or fashion-related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
