Position Overview
Enterfirst Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designerwith a minimum of 3 years of proven experiencein creating seamless and visually appealing digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user experience (UX) strategy and user interface (UI) design, with the ability to transform ideas into intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging productsacross web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, journey mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, mockups, and interactive user flows.
- Create pixel-perfect UI designswith a focus on responsiveness and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teamsto ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Perform usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and collect feedbackto iterate designs.
- Use analytics tools(e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to analyze user behavior and improve designs.
- Keep updated with latest design trends, emerging tools, and UX/UI best practices.
- Work in Agile/Scrum methodology, actively contributing to sprint planning and reviews.
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
