What You'll Do
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with product and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and optimized for usability.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing to improve user experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience working in agile product development environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
