Role Description

This is a full-time on-site User Experience Designer role located in Bhilai. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs through research, developing design strategies, creating user-friendly interfaces, and building prototypes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the designer will ensure alignment between user requirements and design outcomes to create seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and proven experience in User Research
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) design and creating intuitive and user-centered designs
• Strong capability in Visual Design with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Experience in crafting and iterating prototypes using design tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and emerging design technologies is a plus
