Position Overview

We're looking for a UX/Product Designer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience designing B2B SaaS web platforms (dashboards, admin consoles, data-heavy workflows) and consumer mobile apps. You'll own the experience across our lender-facing risk & collections platform and our borrower-facing app used across emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with productand engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and user experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to clearly communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Work withindesign systems and help evolvethem as needed.
• Translate complex businessrequirements into simple,user-friendly designs.
• Ensure designs are implemented correctlyand iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain consistency through and contribute to the design system.

Key Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in designing B2B SaaS or enterprise web applications which must be evidenced in portfolio.
• Demonstrable experience designing at least one shipped consumer mobile app (Android or iOS) which must be evidenced in portfolio.
• Experience designing data-dense interfaces: dashboards, tables, filters, reporting, workflow configuration.
• Comfort with complex information architecture and translating business logic into clear UI.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for low-bandwidth usage.
• Familiarity with agile product development processes.
• Good communication and collaboration skillswith cross-functional teams.
• Ability to managemultiple projects and meet deadlines.
