User Experience Designer

Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Experience Required: 6–8 Years (Minimum 5+ years in UX/UI design)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in designing intuitive, user-centric web portals, prototypes, and POCs. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in leading design tools and demonstrate a proven ability to work on complex, enterprise-level platforms.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years in UX/UI design.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in designing enterprise web applications.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work on web portals, prototypes, and POCs.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Experience in designing for complex, enterprise-level platforms or applications.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and design thinking principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and design solutions and POCs.
• Design intuitive, user-centered, and visually appealing web portals and applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and other design artifacts based on project needs.
• Apply deep UX/UI knowledge to improve usability, user engagement, and overall design effectiveness.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs on the HCL Total Experience platform.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
