Job Description
- Between 6-12 years of experiencei UX designing.
- Masters or Bachelors in UX/Design or any bachelor course with UX certification from HFI/IIT-IDC.
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from conceptualization to final implementation, for products and solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals, user requirements, and success metrics.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Drive the development of a cohesive design system that ensures consistency and enhances the overall user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Champion user-centered design principles within the organization and advocate for the importance of a seamless user experience.
- Provides guidance and coaching to team members on designs, explaining key concepts to adhere to best practices, as well as mentoring team at various phases
