This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to align with customer needs and expectations.
- Recommend design decisions and communicate reasoning behind them.
- Create effective plans to design, prototype, and iterate quickly in an outcome-driven environment.
- Advocate for human-cantered approaches, building agreement among diverse stakeholders using firm grounding in user and business needs.
- Craft useful and usable experiences through process diagrams, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and handoffs to engineering.
- Routinely collaborate with product managers, designers to build a shared understanding of product vision and design approach.
- Learn about user attitudes and behaviors, establish design hypotheses, prototype solutions, evaluate results, and bring designs to life.
Requirements and skills:
- 3- 6 years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- A degree/ course specializing in Design.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and interaction design principles.
- Proficient in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro.
- Well versed in working with design systems, building custom components and creating interactive clickable prototypes in Figma.
- Ability to understand concepts and convert them into effective designs.
- Conduct usability testing and prepare usability test reports.
