AirIQ is a high-growth B2B travel technology platform serving over 50,000+ travel agents. We tackle the heavy lifting of the travel industrymanaging massive flight inventories, complex hotel bookings, and real-time pricing for a professional user base. We are looking for a designer who can turn this complexity into a seamless, high-speed experience.
The Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a Product First mindset. This isn't just about making things look pretty; it's about making things work for people whose livelihoods depend on our platform. You will be based out of our Gurgaon office, working closely with founders and engineers to build the future of B2B travel.

- The Clarity Obsessive: You have a Great Design Sense that favors clean, functional aesthetics over unnecessary fluff. You know how to make a screen with 20 data points feel organized rather than overwhelming.
- The User Advocate: You aren't afraid to ask Why You design for the travel agent who is on a 5-minute call with a client and needs to find the best flight now.
- The Prototyping Wizard: You don't just show static screens; you build flows. You understand that the experience happens in the transitions and the logic between clicks.
- The Visual Storyteller: You understand typography, spacing, and hierarchy. You know that a 2px difference in alignment can be the difference between a professional tool and a messy one.
- The High-Ownership Mindset: Since this is an in-office role, we value spontaneous brainstorming and the ability to grab a marker and sketch ideas on a whiteboard at a moment's notice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Own the end-to-end design processfrom initial wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI.
- Figma Mastery: Maintain our design system in Figma, ensuring all components are reusable, scalable, and easy for developers to inspect.
- B2B Complexity: Simplify heavy-duty workflows like multi-city flight bookings, tax breakdowns, and agent ledgers.
- Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our dev team in Gurgaon to ensure your designs are implemented exactly as envisioned.
- Iteration: Use feedback from our 75k+ agents to refine features and remove friction from the booking funnel.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: 24 years of professional UI/UX experience.
- Tools:Expert-level Figma knowledge is a must. You should be a pro with Auto-layout, Variants, and Interactive Components.
- Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases a strong design senseclean layouts, thoughtful typography, and a clear understanding of user journeys.
- Communication: Strong ability to articulate your design decisions to stakeholders.
- Presence: This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Gurgaon. Only candidates comfortable with daily commuting should apply.
