Summary:

As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of the target users. This role focuses on observing how users interact with products or services and identifying opportunities to enhance their overall experience. The designer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with user expectations. Continuous evaluation and refinement of user interactions are key aspects, ensuring that the final design supports seamless task completion and satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback for improving user experience.
• Assist in creating user journey maps and wireframes to visualize design concepts.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate innovative design approaches.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Strong skills in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools to create wireframes and interactive mockups.
• Ability to analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
