Summary:

As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and synthesizing findings to inform design decisions. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and enhances overall satisfaction. Engaging with stakeholders to present design concepts and gather feedback will also be a key part of your daily activities, allowing you to iterate on designs and improve usability continuously.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design choices.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes.

• This position is based in Mumbai.
