Summary:

As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and iterating on design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings and design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring that the user perspective is at the forefront of the design process. Your role will require a balance of creativity and analytical thinking to deliver impactful user experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate design workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their design skills and understanding of user experience principles.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with user interface design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Visual Design.
• This position is based in Mumbai.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
