As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your role involves understanding user behavior and designing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and usability.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead user research activities to gather insights for design
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
- Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design
