User Experience Design Specialist - Cloud ERP UX

• We are looking for a highly motivated user experience designer to work on a variety of software product design concepts for our Industry solutions.
• In this role you will:
• Define personas, journey maps and interaction flows, ensuring consistent compliance with design standards.
• Conduct or collaborate in research, usability testing, and validation to guide design choices.
• Provide design concepts that ensure scalable and consistent experience for end-users.
• Engage proactively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and user assistance teams to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment.
• Engage in user experience testing of developed applications for continuous improvements in user experience.
• Transform complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Utilize data-driven insights to iteratively refine and elevate user experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design practices.

What you bring

• 4-7 years of experience in UX design, preferably in an enterprise software context.
• Proven track record of delivering compelling and user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
