Description
We are seeking a User Experience Design Specialist with a focus on Cloud ERP solutions. This role involves designing intuitive and engaging user experiences that enhance the usability of our cloud-based ERP applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across the Cloud ERP platform.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design for Cloud ERP applications.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in User Experience (UX) design, preferably in Cloud ERP solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
