Job Description

Responsible for Content development for multiple products, in various stages of development, with varying release cycles.
Lead a Content Development team; motivate, challenge, coach, and manage:
Define standards for excellence in content development standards
Motivate and engage team members, challenging each to produce their best work
Coach employees and create opportunities to further their growth
Assign projects and timelines; hold the team accountable for achieving targets.
Evaluate documentation and enablement content
Measure and manage team progress against production quality and organizational objectives.
Design/develop/deliver engaging learning experiences throughout the software user s life-cycle.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure we meet all business needs.
Manage projects related to departmental strategic initiatives and reporting.
