Roles & Responsibilities User Acquisition Manager
- Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, etc.)
- Drive high-quality leads and improve cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Manage paid marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversions
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align growth strategies
- Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention metrics
- Identify new growth channels and scaling opportunities
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends
Preferred Profile
- Proven experience in performance marketing/user acquisition
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- ExRMG candidates preferred
