About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven USA Sales Executive (Voice Process) to engage with prospective clients in the US market. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into sales for IndiaFilings services.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with US-based customers
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Accurately update CRM with call details and sales progress
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in international voice sales / US process
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)
- Basic knowledge of sales CRM tools is an advantage
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
Preferred Skills- Experience in B2C/B2B sales
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
