Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager (BDM) role located on-site in Chennai. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential merchants, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and executing growth strategies to drive adoption of our digital payment solutions. Daily activities include outreach, negotiations, closing deals with merchants, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service offerings. The role also requires market research and identifying opportunities to expand CREDFAAS's reach within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales process management
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with fintech or digital payment solutions is a plus
- Fluency in regional languages, as applicable, will be beneficial
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
